We do not offer returns, as we do not sell physical products. Refunds are available for services or digital products in accordance with our Terms & Conditions .
If your service is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment are not refundable.

Courses
Refunds for pre-recorded courses are only available within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not accessed the course content or downloaded any materials. Refunds are not available once access has been granted or content has been downloaded.

Cancellations for Scheduled Services
You may cancel scheduled services, such as readings or other appointments, preferably at least 24 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment are not refundable.
